For the best possible results, perform the regimen twice a day, both morning and night. Follow the steps on a daily basis specifically as outlined. Try to leave your skin as untouched as possible throughout the day.
For your convenience, I have also included a checklist for you to have as a handy reference in your bathroom.
Checklist
1 Wash Gently
Be careful with bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin,
especially if you already have dry skin.
• Wash your face with warm water to loosen dirt, remove make up and unclog your pores
• Use a dime-sized spot of cleanser, then rinse with lukewarm water
• Pat your skin dry, do not rub
• Use a cleansing mask once every two weeks to remove dead skin cells, and give your face and neck a deep and revitalizing cleansing treatment
2 Exfoliate
Regular table sugar is an excellent exfoliant substitute. After cleansing your face, place a spoonful of sugar in your hand and pat on your face. Gently rub the sugar on your skin using circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.

• After cleansing your face, Use a hydrating mask once every two weeks to give your skin an extra boost in nourishment. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wipe off excess.

3 Moisturize
• Make sure to moisturize your skin at least twice a day. Applying moisturizer before you go to bed is essential
• After 5 to 10 minutes before applying any make up
• Use a hydrating mask once every two weeks to give your skin an extra boost in nourishment. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wipe off excess
Be careful not to over moisturize, as this can cause clogged pores
