Step-by-step instructions
For the best possible results, perform the regimen twice a day, both morning and night. Follow the steps on a daily basis specifically as outlined. Avoiding irritation is critically important. Try to leave your skin as untouched as possible throughout the day. For your convenience, I have also included a checklist for you to have as a handy reference in your bathroom.
1 Wash Gently
It's extremely important not to irritate your skin, do not scrub your skin, your fingers should gently glide over your skin.
Do not use soap, it can be harsh and extremely drying to the skin.
- Dampen your skin with warm water from your sink or shower
- Lather up your hands with your cleansing wash. Don't use a cloth, it can be irritating to your skin
- With your bare hands, gently message into problem areas with circular motions, then rinse well with warm water
- Pat your skin dry, do not rub
- Let your skin dry completely, this usually takes 5-10 minutes
2 Medicate
! I can't stress enough how important it is to use products that do not contain irritants such as artificial colors or fragrances. It's just as important to use products with natural ingredients, but be sure they have the right concentrate of active ingredients.
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly, then apply a fine layer of topical treatment over affected areas. The Topical treatment can be used alone, or under makeup or an oil-free moisturizer
- Be sure to use the topical treatment at least twice a day.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for your skin to dry before applying any makeup.
3 Moisturize
- Wash and dry your hands before you apply moisturizer. Apply enough so that your skin isn’t flaky.
- After 5 to 10 minutes you may want to apply more moisturizer. Make sure that you don’t skip this step and moisturize at least twice a day from your first day on the Regimen.
